McDonald’s is the world’s leading fast-food restaurant chain, with more than 34,000 local restaurants serving approximately 69 million people in 124 countries each day. They came and told us that they were looking for an Interactive Quiz that would be used to train Restaurant managers working in McDonald’s restaurant locations inside Walmart.
The user group was managers aged 18-26, so the design and the style needed to be young and fresh to let everyone keep their attention and have fun while learning. While creating something fun and new McDonald’s managed to further improve internal knowledge and engagement.
